We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who will help lead growth of our existing (and newly signed) customers through direct relationships and strategic outreach. We are seeking an experienced leader who is passionate about spatial technology and changing the way people work in the metaverse. In this role, you will contribute to an energetic sales team and own growth of strategic customer business from handoff of the initial sale close to leading/growing/upselling our customers after they are active on Altoura.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader who has led global B2B sales in a SaaS business. They will be highly entrepreneurial, strategic, and results-oriented. This role will report to the CEO and collaborate with other high-level sales executives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through expansion in global strategic customer accounts. This includes customer retention and growth, ensure goals/objectives are met with respect to market adoption, expansion, renewals and product usage.
  • Contribute to our highly-motivated and high-achieving global Sales team.
  • Drive sales cycles for critical wins. Successfully uncover problems, present solutions, manage the sales cycle and close deals.
  • Drive operational excellence in the sales organization, from pipeline through to retention.
  • Personally engage with customer leaders in market to build and own client relationships and deepen Altoura’s strategic value to our most strategic customers.
  • Partner closely with internal product teams to ensure customer capabilities requests are represented on the roadmap and manage expectations accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B/SaaS Sales
  • Sales experience in previous successful startup highly valued
  • Track record of closing SaaS deals with Enterprise customers
  • Big-picture thinker with experience solving detail-oriented issues in a fast-paced, always-on, startup environment
  • Experience adapting to a rapidly evolving product and responding strategically to customer needs to drive growth
  • Experience creating and managing executive-level relationships
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and in customer-facing settings
  • Excellent communication (verbal and writing) AND listening skills
  • Process oriented. Detailed. Organized
  • Passionate about XR technologies and their impact on Enterprises
  • Able to manage multiple customers at the same time in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Ability to be called upon to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
  • BA/BS degree from 4 year university required
